Some applications are using the CD in the tray as theft protection. Unfortunately, the official website doesn't provide anything related about the software and the way to start it which means you will have to get in touch with the developers to find the proper way to start it.

There is no information about version 8.2 or something similar. Their official website is under construction and it hasn't been updated in a while. I have checked with the help of Archive website and no version could be found.
